Ultimate Fitness Centre Dublin is the home of SBG Ireland and run by John Kavanagh – Irelands first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and first MMA fighter in the Cage. Located on the Longmile Road at the rear of the Longmile Centre it’s easily accessible by car, bus and Luas. Our gym boasts a fully matted area downstairs with weights area and upstairs a full sized Boxing Ring and shower facilities.

Sergey Pikulskiy coaches our Wednesday’s wrestling class suitable for all skill levels. Wrestling will increase your grappling game and is essential in MMA! Originally from Muldova Sergey trained with the national team of Muldova for 7 years.

We also have Muay Thai classes three times a week and Boxing twice a week. New to our timetable is Ultimate Fighting Fitness coached by Ais “The Bash” Daly and Cathal Pendred….this runs twice a week for women only and twice a week mixed classes.
