Cage Contender XII.....thats 12 to you and me!!

Tickets are in the office and selling fast so get yours now!!!!  Gunnar Nelson and Arni Isaksson arrived to Dublin last week to prepare for their fights with John Kavanagh.  The rest of the SBG team to fight on the night are training like bosses!!  James "sexual" Heelan, Paddy Holohan and Brian "pikeman" Moore.

SBG - training ground of the famous!

We are no stranger to sports pros and some very famous names pass through our doors.  But an actor is a new one on us!  Michael Sheehan's been a member of SBG Longmile Road ten months now and his fine physique as seen here can in some way be attributed to his dedication to training both in class and during his private coaching with Conor McGregor (and quite possibly his brilliant Dub accent!!)

Michaels character is leaving Fair City and Michael is quoted in this weeks RTE Guide as saying "I am very into mixed martial arts and I really want to devote myself to it.  I spend so much of my spare time at the gym, I think I am going to move in there now"..........Well, you will be very welcome Michael!

Happy New Year - 2012

Its here....... 2012! A brand new year, and all the new years resolutions we probably wont keep!  We will leave behind the christmas season where we all ate too much and drank too much and sat on our behinds for two weeks.

And where better to start afresh than here in SBG Longmile Road?! With a BRAND NEW program.  We have three to chose from - Combat Silver for the absolute beginner, Combat Gold for the intermediate student with some prior experience and Ultimate Athlete for those with a blue belt or higher in BJJ.
