Conor McGregor talks to Fighthounds.com

I would normally stick these articles in our media section or on our Facebook page. But its really worth a mention here.........Conor sums up alot of what makes SBG, well SBG! He gives such an honest and heartfelt interview and well deserved praise to John Kavanagh (a fantastic coach, and not a bad brother either!)

Conor is set for bigger, better things but I've a feeling he won't ever forget his roots.

And yet again, Ais Daly shows us why she is World Class at the British No Gi Open taking the title of British No Gi Open Purple Belt Champ 2011 ... the biggest no-gi competition in the country with competitors from all over Europe. SBG are, as always, very proud of you Ais!!!
