Due to its phenomenal success ......... Gorilla Day in SBG Longmile is back.

Blue Belt Assessment:
Group assessment for all SBG white belt students to test for Blue Belt.
You must be training at least 1 year at SBG to test. Also you must have
a gi for this.
Even if you don't get the blue belt you might pick up
some stripes on your belt and more importantly tips on what to work on
to improve.

No-Gi in house tournament....first to die loses!
This will be divided by experience and weight...so yes, there will be a
division for YOU! :) if you don't fancy competing come along and shout at
people :)
If you want to compete you must be there at 12noon to
register so we can make up the brackets and have the first match at 1pm
sharp.

This weekend in Nottingham, England, Gunnar Nelson takes to the mats in the 9th instalment of the ADCC Grappling Championships. This is a huge honour to be invited to compete and we are all behind him here in SBG Ireland.
