SBG HQ on the Goldenbridge Industrial Estate is a jaw-dropping new facility covering just under 16,000sq ft! We cater for all those wishing to train in martial arts from kids as young as 4 to kids over 60!!
SBG Ireland HQ is Ireland’s first full time Martial Arts facility opening Monday to Friday from 06.00 until 21.00, Saturdays 10.00 until 16.00, and Sundays 11.00 until 14.00. It has to be seen to be believed. We are home to a plethora of MMA superstars but that is not all SBG is about. We are a BEGINNERS gym with a huge range of beginner friendly classes to suit all ages and fitness levels!
